ABOUT BOUNDLESS
Boundless by Brianna is a roaming yoga studio meant to expand your yoga and mindfulness practice without the constriction of a physical space. We provide yoga on Long Island through movements, mindfulness workshops, and feel-good events to schools, libraries, hotels, weddings, hospitals, and corporate offices. Our aim is to make mindfulness and yoga accessible to everyone, no matter where they are.​Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone should have access to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. We believe that practicing with awareness and intention can transform your mind, body, and spirit. Our approach is holistic, focusing on the whole person and not just the physical body. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
